Whole Food Plant Based Vegan Family of 4 Ate for Dinner in a Week Pt2

These are all the foods I cooked for a week for dinner. We are a family of 4 low fat NO OIL vegans. We do not calorie restrict. We eat until we are full:) FYI I had been sick this whole week so my cooking was fast and easy. All the recipes are linked bellow:

Monday:
