It is a perfect appetizer for kids. Which is easy to make, quick & simple.
Bread Slices – 4-5
Green Capsicum – half (finely chopped)
Cucumber – half (grated or finely chopped)
Carrot – half cup ( grated)
Mayonnaise – Plain or garlic flavored
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method to prepare this recipe:
1. Mix all the veggies in a mixing bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise.
3. Season it with salt & pepper.
4. Apply the mixture on bread slices.
5. Cut bread into half to give sandwich like shape (optional).
6. Mayo sandwich is ready to eat.
