I love easy, lazy meal preps… & what better way to have a week’s worth of breakfast or snacks than with delicious vegan granola bars? All of the “natural” ones I found in stores were full of high fructose corn syrup and other not so friendly ingredients, so I went searching for a healthier but still sweet alternative and found this! It’s vegan, easy, and delicious. If you’d like it to be healthier rather than sweeter, you can add dried fruits & nuts instead of chocolate chips! It’s easy to tweak it to your own liking! You can even use gluten-free oats! I hope you all enjoyed this and look forward to more food videos 🙂 I was thinking of doing some “what I ate today” sort of videos but am not sure what response they would get, so this is my starting point/tester.
