IN ENGLISH:

Ingredients for the tomato pasta:

olive oil (about 1 tbsp)
1 small onion
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of dried basil
1 tbsp of coconut sugar
pinch of black pepper
uncooked pasta (about 200gr, or 2 handfuls)
150ml of tomato sauce
about 350ml of water (keep adding more if you want your pasta more soft)
salt to taste

Recipe:
Caramelize de onion by chopping it and add it to your pan and adding a drizzle of olive oil. When the onion is soft, add all of your spices, uncooked pasta, tomato sauce and water. Don’t add all the water, but add in 150ml portions to make sure you’re left with the consistency you want. Add your first 150ml, mix and let it cook on low till it as evaporated. Repeated the process till the pasta is cooked to your liking and the sauce is creamy.

Ingredients for the buddah bowl:

black bean rice (or just white rice)
lettuce
sweet potato puree (cook the potatoes and mash them)
sweet corn
cherry tomatoes
refried beans
tortilla pieces (I cut mine into triangles)
coriander
sriracha

Recipe:
Just add all the ingredients to a bowl, and enjoy a quick and nutritious meal!

EM PORTUGUÊS:

Ingredientes para a massa de tomate:

azeite (+ou- 1 colher de sopa)
1 cebola pequena (picada)
1 colher de sopa de alho em pó
1 colher de chá de manjericão seco
1 colher de açúcar de coco
pitada de pimenta preta
masa não cozinhada (+ou- 200gr)
150ml de molho de tomate
+ou- 350ml de água (adicionar mais se necessário)
sal a gosto

Receita:

Começar por adicionar a cebola picada numa frigideira com o azeite. Com o lume médio/alto, dourar a cebola até ficar macia. Adicionar todas as especiarias, massa, molho de tomate e água na panela. Não deitar logo os 350ml de água, mas ir adicionando aos poucos. Deitar perto de 150ml primeiro, mexer e deixar cozinhar em lume baixo até o líquido evaporar. Repetir o processo até a massa estar cozinhada a gosto.

Ingredientes para buddah bowl:

arroz de feijão preto
alface
puré de batata doce (cozinhar a batata, e esmagar com um garfo)
milho doce
tomate cherry
feijão refrito (há em lata em vários supermercados com o nome de refried beans)
pedaços de tortilla (cortei as minhas em triângulos)
coentros
sriracha

Receita:
Adicionar todos os ingredientes nume tijela e desfrutar!
