?How to make Pumpkin bread. Vegan recipes for the fall ?

In this video I will show you how to make an easy vegan chocolate chip pumpkin bread recipe. This recipe is perfect for the fall season and takes a few minutes to prep. This pumpkin bread is flourless, vegan, moist, and healthy. You can’t go wrong with this recipe. This pumpkin bread has the taste and smell of fall and you don’t have to jeopardize your fitness goals to have it. Enjoy!

Recipe

Wet ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree ( I used canned pumpkin)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
2 flax eggs ( 1 flax egg= 1TBSPN ground flaxseed & 3 TBSPN water)
1 tspn vanilla extract

Dry ingredients

2 cups of oat flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tspn baking soda
1/2 baking powder
1 tspn cinnamon
1/2 tspn nutmeg
1/2 tspn allspice
1/4 tspn sea salt
1/2 cup dairy free choice chips ( I used enjoy life minis)

Mix wet ingredients then add dry and mix.
Fold in choco chips. Take a bread loaf pan and place parchment paper in it and add the pumpkin bread batter. Then make a slit down the middle ( not too deep) bake at 350 for 50-60 mins and let cool for 2-3 hours.
